what are you waiting for?

There's a change that would make things better at work, or in your life. A thing you keep meaning to start. And there's the waiting: for more time, more energy, the right moment.

Lizzie Williamson, global high-energy motivational speaker, dubbed ‘The Excuse Buster from Down Under’ is here to change that.

You're waiting to start.

You know the change that would make things better — the thing you keep meaning to do. You're just waiting:

For the perfect moment

For more time

For more energy

Until you feel ready

Until you feel like it

That's the excuse voice. And it keeps you exactly where you are.

Waiting isn't free.

You don't notice the bill. But it's adding up:

The goal that rolls into next year…again.

The opportunity someone else takes first.

The book, the pitch, the change — still "one day."

Another year that looks just like the last.

Waiting feels safe. It's the most expensive thing you'll ever do.

Lizzie Williamson gets it

Before the keynote stages, Lizzie danced on cruise ships — in high heels, out on the high seas. And every night, the same moment: waiting in the wings, the ship rocking beneath her, every part of her wanting to wait just a little longer.

But you can't wait for the sea to go still. You can't wait for the perfect conditions, or for the fear to pass. You can't hide in the wings. The music starts, and you step into the light — because the show goes on, ready or not.

We all have a stage. It's called your life. And most of us are standing just off it - in the wings - waiting for calmer seas, watching the thing we want from the shadows. The conditions never get perfect. At some point, you have to step out.

Lizzie learned that twice. First on the ships. Then, years later, in the fog of postnatal depression — waiting again, to feel better, to feel ready, to have more energy. That moment never came. So she stopped waiting and took the smallest step she could: two minutes. It changed her life, and it became her life's work.

This is what an event looks like when Lizzie is on stage.

A Lizzie Williamson keynote is something your audience does, not just hears.

Yellow pom-poms in the air — cheering themselves on first, then the person next to them. Excuse whackers busting through "it's not big enough" and "it's not good enough." 10 to 10,000 people discovering that a two-minute action, celebrated loudly, changes the energy of an entire room.

They don't leave with notes they'll never read. They leave unstuck — with one tool they can use the second they're back at their desk, and a room full of people who cheered them on.

Information was never the problem. Excuses are. And excuses can be busted - in just 2 minutes.
— Lizzie Williamson

This isn't a sit-and-listen keynote.

Here's the hard truth: If audiences leave with more information and no tools, the excuses win. Again.

They walk back to their desks, back to their routines, back to waiting for the right moment that never comes. And the event becomes the one they can't quite remember.

When you book Lizzie

✓ The room is on its feet within minutes — laughing, moving, high-fiving

✓ Excuses that have kept people stuck for years get named, called out, and busted live

✓ Every single person leaves with real tools they've already used in the room

✓ Post-event surveys light up — attendees are still talking about it weeks later

✓ You get the credit for the session nobody forgot

✓ They ask you to bring her back next year

Book the keynote speaker who gets people unstuck.

You've worked too hard on this event for the keynote to be forgettable. Book the speaker who doesn't just fire people up — she hands them something real to take away. Excuse-busting tools they'll use the moment Monday morning hits and every reason not to start comes flooding back.

That's Lizzie's promise. Your people walk out unstuck — more energised, more connected, and more ready to act — not because they felt good in the room, but because they know exactly what to do when the excuses show up.

No more excuses. Just 2 Minutes.

WHY EVENT ORGANISERS LOVE LIZZIE

“When someone feels something, they remember it. And you’ll be the one they thank.”
